Proposed Activities

The proposed class and field activities included here are were drawn from a host of sources, and are intended to provide instructional exercises and materials needed for conducting such activities.  Our first installment includes a host of activities and exercises designed and developed by the Education staff of the National Archives and Records Administration in Washington, DC.  Said forms include exercises focused on the study and analysis of artifacts, written documents, photographs, sound recordings, motion pictures, maps, posters, and cartoons of the type found at the National Archives, or within any one or more California and Southwest missions, or online at such sites as the Library of Congress.

Activity Worksheets

You may download the following Acrobat PDF worksheets for use with your students in mission related classroom and field activities.  The forms permit information entry and printing, and may be reset for reuse.
